If you’re not happy with your order for any reason, simply return the unused products to us for a full refund or exchange, within 14 days of the original delivery date. Make sure you pack them as delivered, in the original packaging, and that they arrive in a re-saleable condition, or we may need to deduct a fee from the refunded amount.
You’re responsible for any delivery costs returning the item(s), and unfortunately any used or damaged products cannot be returned. We may need to charge for the shipping and handling of any returns. Credits may take up to 14 days to process.

Of course, if there are any faulty or damaged goods, or any items missing, we will do everything we can to resolve the issues. Please make sure you report any problems within 24 hours of receipt of your delivery, otherwise we may not be able to issue credit.
If your order is missing in transit, you will receive an immediate refund or replacement on an express delivery service.
