Where the Goods are tendered by the company and returned due to causes outside the company's control. The Company may refuse to accept the return of such goods, or if it does accept them, it shall be entitled to make an additional charge in respect of the cost of transport and double handling necessitated by such return.
If a return is required through no fault of our own, "the customer" is responsible for re-packaging and returning the goods in good, resalable condition using a reputable transport company and must be a signed for service at the customers cost. A 25% restock fee and the actual cost of our outbound carriage is deducted from your refund, all refunds are made at the end of the month that the goods are returned to us.
No returns accepted after fourteen days.
