Unused products may be returned for a refund within 14 days of purchase. All returns must be packed as delivered and arrive back to Protec in a resalable condition or a fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. Used or damaged products cannot be returned. No credit will be issued for damaged or missing items not reported within 24 hours of receipt of shipment.
