“Do you offer Nationwide deliveries?”
Yes, we offer a Nationwide delivery service designed to suit customer needs, this includes special deliveries as follows:
- Standard next working day
- Before 10.30am - next working day
- Before noon - next working day
- Saturday
- Saturday A.M.
- Collection from our distribution centre
- Same day delivery (where available)
All special deliveries are charged at cost.
“Can I collect my order?”
Yes. Collections can be made from Protec's central distribution centre in Sheffield.
“Are all products shown on the website held in stock?”
Yes, our stock forecasting system ensures we have large stocks of all items. In exceptional circumstances where the item you require is out of stock, we would notify you immediately and offer a suitable alternative.
