“How do I place an order?”

“Do you offer volume discounts?”
Yes. As the leading supplier of temporary protection materials, we are able to negotiate the best deals in the market, enabling us to give even better rates for larger volumes. Please call our sales office on Freephone 0800 834 704 to discuss your requirements.
“When will my order be processed and shipped?”
All orders received by 5 pm will be shipped the same business day (Monday - Friday excluding holidays).
“Can you source products not listed on this site?”
Yes. Through our network of manufacturers we will endeavour to locate the product you need. If it is not listed on our Web site please call our sales office on Freephone 0800 834 704 or send us an email to .
“What if I want to return a product?”
Unused products may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be packed as delivered and arrive back to Protec in a resalable condition or a fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. Used or damaged products cannot be returned. No credit will be issued for damaged or missing items not reported within 24 hours of receipt of shipment.
Please note we will charge for shipping and handling any returns. Credits may take up to 14 days to process.
